VoxioTalk (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our VoIP home phone service and visit our website at voxiotalk.com (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide
When you sign up for VoxioTalk, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name — to identify your account
- Email address — for account communications and support
- Phone number — your VoxioTalk line number and any contact numbers
- Physical/service address — required for E911 emergency services and hardware shipping
- Payment information — credit or debit card details for monthly billing
Payment Card Data
Important: Your payment card information is tokenized and processed securely by Authorize.net, our PCI-compliant payment processor. VoxioTalk never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data on our servers.
Call Data
When you make or receive calls through VoxioTalk, we generate and store Call Detail Records (CDRs). CDRs include the calling and called numbers, call duration, time stamp, and call completion status. CDRs do not include the content or audio of your calls. We retain CDRs for billing accuracy and as required by applicable telecommunications regulations.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service provision — to activate, maintain, and operate your VoxioTalk phone service
- Billing — to process monthly subscription charges and hardware fees via Authorize.net

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Authorize.net (payment processing) — to process your monthly subscription payments securely. Authorize.net receives your payment card information directly and does not share full card details with us.
- Flowroute (SIP trunking) — to route your calls over the public telephone network. Flowroute processes call signaling data and CDRs as part of normal telecommunications operations.
- FusionPBX (call processing) — our PBX platform that handles call routing, voicemail, and feature delivery. FusionPBX processes call metadata and CDRs to operate your phone service.

4. Cookies
Our website uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated session when you log into your account dashboard. These cookies are essential for the website to function and expire when you close your browser. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on our site.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. Call Detail Records are retained for the duration required by applicable telecommunications regulations and for billing dispute resolution. Upon account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — you may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., CDRs required by telecommunications regulations).
