Terms of Service

Welcome to VoxioTalk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VoxioTalk home phone service and Voxio Phone device. By signing up for our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
VoxioTalk provides a home phone service that includes:
- A Voxio Phone device (Grandstream GHP630W wall phone)
- Unlimited calling to pre-programmed speed dial contacts (up to 5)
- WiFi connectivity for phone service
- Plug-and-play setup with no technical expertise required
2. Pricing and Payment
- Signup Fee: $60 one-time fee (includes Voxio Phone device and shipping)
- Monthly Subscription: $20 per month, billed after device activation
- Payment is processed securely through PayPal
- Monthly billing continues until you cancel your subscription
3. Device and Setup
- The Voxio Phone becomes your property after purchase
- Setup requires a WiFi internet connection
- You are responsible for maintaining internet service at your location
- We pre-program up to 5 speed dial contacts based on information you provide during signup
- Contact changes can be requested by contacting support
4. Service Limitations
- The Voxio Phone can only call the pre-programmed speed dial contacts
- Service requires a working internet connection
- Service will not function during internet or power outages
- International calling is not supported
- The device cannot receive incoming calls from numbers not in the speed dial list
5. E911 Emergency Services
IMPORTANT: VoxioTalk uses VoIP technology. Please read our E911 Disclaimer for critical information about emergency calling limitations. By using our service, you acknowledge these limitations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for:
- Any illegal activities
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
- Commercial telemarketing or robocalling
- Any purpose that violates these Terms
- Resale of service without authorization
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months of service
- The $60 signup fee and device cost are non-refundable after the device has shipped
- If the device is defective on arrival, contact us within 14 days for replacement
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXIOTALK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxioTalk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to these Terms via email or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
